White Oak Farm is seeking a volunteer to assist with school visits, children’s summer camps, and outdoor school experiences this season.
As a volunteer at White Oak Farm, you will:
- Gain the skills needed to work with children in an agricultural setting
- Be eligible to gain school credits
- Have flexibility with your schedule and time commitment
- Gain access to dynamic environmental education curriculum
- Have the option for designing your own curriculum
- Learn while you teach in the areas of environmental education, sustainability, farming, forestry, and natural building
All volunteers will be required to attend a training session and enrol in the Oregon criminal history registry.
