Restoration Forestry, Woodlot Stewardship, Traditional Ecological Knowledge, Permaculture, Natural Building & Small Diameter Utilization

Instructors include
Dennis Martinez, Marko Bey, Justin Cullumbine, Taylor Starr, Don Tipping, and special guests.

Tuition:
$250-$300 (sliding scale)  Tuition includes lectures, hands-on instruction, tours, workshop materials, organic meals, camping, and use of White Oak Farm's facilities including solar showers, ponds, trails, and more.

This weekend workshop is designed to provide participants with a tool kit of techniques, strategies, and background information for Creating a Sustainable Ecological Culture.  Presenters from diverse backgrounds will provide classroom and hand-on instruction in topics such as: Designing a restoration plan for your land, Thinning operations, Native ecosystem characteristics, Utilization of restoration byproducts, Building with local materials, Ecological homestead design, Lessons from indigenous land management, and much more.
